What does Foodie do?

Foodie enables vendors to list, sell, and manage their food and beverage products while offering users engaging food content and instant ordering. Vendors also benefit from marketing exposure, promotional tools, analytics, and customer engagement features.

Why should I use Foodie on a phone?

Foodie on a phone offers an engaging experience with short videos, instant ordering, real-time chat with vendors, and easy booking for dining spots. Users also enjoy real-time tracking, exclusive rewards, and a more dynamic experience than traditional food apps.

How much will it cost me to use Foodie services?

You can download and use the Foodie app for free, nevertheless, if you make an order, you have to pay for the meal, the delivery, and small Foodie service fee.

Do you have Debit Card/Credit Card services?

Foodie supports multiple secure payment methods for users, including credit/debit cards and digital platform wallets. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

Do you have special offers?

Yes, Foodie offers exclusive offers and special  promo codes that you can view in homepage offer cards or in vendor profiles.

How do I place an order on Foodie?

Scroll, tap, and eat! You can order directly from vendor menus, blogger posts, or even foodie reels — just review your details and you’re good to go.

I entered my email/password combination wrong and now my account is blocked, what do I do?

If you enter the wrong email or password four times in a row, your account will be temporarily locked. You'll receive an email with a verification link to unlock your account, along with instructions to set a new password.

If I placed an order, how long would it take to receive the order?

The delivery time varies based on the restaurant’s estimate. You can find the expected delivery time listed under the restaurant’s "About" section. The estimated delivery times displayed on the platform are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Various external factors, including weather conditions, high order volumes, and traffic, may affect actual delivery times. While Foodie and its Delivery Partners strive for timely service, they are not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

I just placed an order, but I’m not sure if you got it. What should I do?

Vendors are required to confirm order acceptance within 30 seconds of receipt. If no confirmation is received within this timeframe, users will be notified. If you do not receive confirmation, you may want to check your account in the Foodie app to see the order status, go to the tracking order screen from the homepage, or check your account settings from “My orders”.

Can I re-order a previous order?

Yes, In the App, go to your order tracking screen and tap on the “Reorder” button, or  go to the "My Orders" section and choose an order from your previous orders, and re-order it.

I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

Once your order is placed and paid for, changes are usually not allowed but if needed, contact Foodie support immediately. Modifications depend on vendor approval, may incur extra fees, and aren't guaranteed if the order is already being prepared or delivered.

I was not happy with my order. Who should I contact?

If you face any issues with your order, you can either call our call center or email your complaint to Support@foodie.team , and our customer service team will take care of it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, the user is permitted to cancel the order within 30 seconds of placing it. After this 30 seconds period, the order is considered final and non-cancellable, except in cases of technical errors or operational failures by Foodie or the Vendor. Users may also cancel orders before Vendor confirmation at no cost.

How long does the online payment refund process take?

Your refund will be added to your Virtual Wallet immediately. No need to wait days for processing.

The order I received was not acceptable, how can I contact you?

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or doesn’t match what you placed, you can reach out to Foodie via the in-app chat or by emailing Support@foodie.team. Make sure to request a refund within 3 hours of receiving your order.

Can I rate or write a review about my recent order?

Yes, you can Rate or write a review about you orders, in foodie you can share your experience as a review “Reel Your Hot Meal And Become a Foodie Blogger”.

What is a Foodie wallet?

The Foodie Wallet is where all refunds are credited. Refunds are not processed to cards or bank accounts; they are exclusively added to your Foodie virtual Wallet.

Where can I see my Foodie wallet balance and statement?

From your  profile go to your Settings, "Wallet" section in the Foodie app.

How can I apply a promo code?

You can apply a promo code directly from the checkout screen in two ways: Enter a promo code manually if you already have one. Choose from the available promo codes listed and tap Apply. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically once selected.

How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your email, phone number, or a social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook). Once registered, you’ll be able to follow influencers, place orders, and save your favorite meals.

What’s the benefit of following food influencers on Foodie?

Influencers share real reviews, hidden gems, and trending dishes. Plus, when you order through their posts, they earn a commission—support your favorite foodie!

How do I get verified as a Foodie Blogger?

Verified status is granted to bloggers who:

  • Consistently post high-quality content
  • Engage with the Foodie community

How do I reset my password?

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset via email or SMS.

How does Foodie keep my data safe?

We use bank-level encryption and comply with data privacy regulations in Jordan. Your personal info and payment data are never shared without consent.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is irreversible.

What is Foodie, and how can food bloggers benefit from it?

It allows you to create and share interactive food content like reels, posts, and live streams and earn revenue whenever users order from your content.

How can I join Foodie as a blogger?

You can sign up through the Foodie app. Once verified, you'll gain access to features designed specifically for content creators, including the ability to tag vendors, track order conversions, and earn from them.

How do I earn money through Foodie?

You earn a fixed percentage up to (10%) of Foodie’s benefit on every order placed through your content. That includes reels, posts, or livestreams that link directly to food items or vendor pages.

What type of content works best on Foodie?

Authentic, engaging food content that makes viewers crave the experience: Reels of food being prepared or tasted Live tastings with interactive ordering Posts with rich visuals and clear item tagging

Can I collaborate with restaurants directly through the app?

Yes! Vendors can invite bloggers or You can also reach out to restaurants for collabs through their profiles.

Can I see how my content performs?

Yes, bloggers will have access to real-time insights: views, engagement rates, and conversion stats (e.g., how many people ordered after watching your video.

Are there any content guidelines I should follow?

Absolutely. Keep your content:

  • Respectful and inclusive
  • Honest (disclose paid or sponsored posts)Aligned with community standards (no offensive, fake, or misleading content)

Can I link my existing social media accounts?

Yes! You can generate QR codes and shareable links for your Foodie content. This drives your Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and Facebook followers directly to the app, where they can place orders and earn you revenue.

How do I create content on Foodie?

Through the Foodie creator dashboard, you can:

  • Upload videos or photos
  • Tag specific food items and vendors
  • Launch live streams featuring menus
  • Share cravings and experiences

How do I as a food blogger benefit from a promo?

Easily! A vendor can create a specific promo code for you and assign it to you. Once you create your post you can just attach the promo on your content.

What is the Foodie Wallet?

The Foodie Wallet stores your earnings from content performance.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

No limits! The more engagement and conversions your content generates, the more you earn.
